SECTION 184: NATIVE AMERICAN LOAN
The Indian Home Loan Guarantee Program (Section 184) is funded annually by Congress. The program is offered to Native Americans and provides home ownership opportunities throughout Indian Country in the United States, according to Danny Flores, a Mortgage Specialist with Sierra Mortgage Solutions.
This particular loan offers the following benefits and requirements:
- 100% Financing Available
- No PMI (much lower payments)
- Flexible Underwriting
- Not Credit Score Driven
- Interest Rates as Good or Better than Conventional Loans
- Only need a roll card to qualify
- Loan Amounts up to $300,000
