Kay Hair has been a Realtor since 1990, and an Associate with Prudential Alliance Realty since 1997.  During her tenure with Prudential, she has performed consistently among the top sales associates in her office.  She is a Certified Relocation Specialist through the Prudential Relocation Services, which is a Nation-Wide provider for many prestigious companies and their clients.  

Kay has received many awards for production through Prudential, earning induction to the Leading Edge Society and achieving the prestigious President’s Circle award.  She has served on the Council of Associates in the company for many years, earning that right by producing in the top 5% to 6% in sales in the nation with Prudential. Specialties include Relocation, Executive Homes, Acreages, Rural Housing, Residential New Construction and Existing Homes.
